Syndesi Counseling is a private practice located in Jacksonville Beach, Florida.  Syndesi is the Greek word for "connection."  My counseling philosophy centers around my belief that we heal through connection: the connection we have to ourselves, our connections with others, and our connections to the environments we exist in. 

At Syndesi Counseling, my goal is to create a warm, welcoming, and judgement-free space to the explore the reasons that brought you here.  Whether that be recent or previous traumas, relationships, anxiety, ADHD, eating or substance use disorders, I want to help provide guidance, support and validation in hopes of navigating these challenging obstacles.
